How a Neosurf voucher pays an online merchant

Neosurf’s voucher explanation describes a prepaid ticket used by selecting Neosurf at a participating website’s checkout and entering its code. The balance has already been purchased; it is not a credit facility created by the blackjack account.

The purchase and the merchant payment are separate events. Buying C$50 of voucher value does not mean C$50 has reached an operator. The operator account is credited only through the supported payment process.

Read the purchase price, conversion and residual-balance conditions

Keep the voucher’s face value separate from the complete purchase cost. Inspect any seller charge before paying and retain both figures. When comparing methods, calculate the cost of creating the intended operator credit rather than looking only at the amount printed on a voucher.

Resolve a debit without a matching operator credit

Keep the receipt, payment reference, amount, currency and approximate time. Compare the remaining voucher balance with the operator’s payment history. Describe the missing credit as a payment-record issue rather than assuming a second voucher is needed.

Article 9 of the published voucher terms directs payment enquiries to the credited merchant with the payment details. Use the operator’s official support process to investigate its credit record, then the provider’s process where necessary.
